中医内外合治结肠癌验案举隅

Case Report of Colon Cancer Treated with the Combined Internal and External Therapy of TCM

结肠癌是指结肠黏膜上皮在环境或遗传等多种致癌因素作用下发生的恶性病变,是常见的消化道恶性肿瘤之一。结肠癌在我国的发病率有增高的趋势,是严重危害人们健康的可怕杀手。文章通过赵尚华教授治疗结肠癌验案分析的形式,对内外合治结肠癌的中医疗法进行了初步的探讨。文中患者,内治以健脾化湿,温阳益肾,清热攻毒为法,外治配合灌肠之法,药专力宏,直达病所,从而达到标本兼顾,攻补兼施的效果。

Colon cancer is the malignant lesion of the colonic mucosal epithelium due to various carcinogenic factors such as environment and genetic factor. It is one of the common digestive malignant tumors.The incidence of colon cancer has a tendency to increase and it is the terrible killer and seriously damages people's health. In the paper,Prof. Zhao Shanghua gave the primary exploration of the treatment with TCM external and internal therapy by analyzing the concrete case. The internal therapy focused on strengthening the spleen,resolving damp,warming yang,benefiting kidney,clearing heat and detoxification. The enema was combined as the external therapy. The action of herbal medicines affects directly the lesion and achieves the purpose of the treatment for both the secondary and the primary,for reducing the pathogens and tonifying the body resistance.
