高普教授治疗老年性皮肤瘙痒症临床经验总结

The Clinical Experience of Professor Gao in the Treatment on Gerontic Cutaneous Pruritus

老年性皮肤瘙痒症是一种与季节、天气、冷热变化和机体代谢的变化有密切关系的皮肤病,发病可因风邪久留体内,化火生燥,以致津血枯涩,肌肤失养所致;也与风热、风寒或湿热之邪蕴于肌肤,不得疏泄相关。病情易反复,迁延难愈,严重影响老年患者的生活质量,单纯的西药治疗效果有时并不理想,临床中配合中医药往往疗效更佳。高普教授认为老年人年过半百、气血双亏,临床中遵循中医的辨证论治原则,强调顾护正气为本,治疗时以"治风先治血,血行风自灭"为本,并配合"驱散外邪,祛风止痒"为标,攻补兼施,标本同治,通过四诊合参,舌脉辨证,采取养血润肤、活血通络、清热凉血、祛风散寒、疏散风热、祛风除湿等治法,取得了显著的临床疗效。

Cutaneous pruritus is a common disease in elderly,which has a closely relationship with seasons,weather,temperature and metabolism. The etiology of cutaneous pruritus may be wind - evil leads to blood dryness,or wind - heat,wind - cold,muggy were stasis on the skin. Cutaneous pruritus is easy to re-lapse and has serious effects on the living quality of patients. The western medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment is better than sole western medicine treating. Professor Gao considerd that elderly people were in deficiency of qi and blood,thus should firstly protect vital qi and nourish blood. Afterwards,he stressed the principles of dispersing evils and dispelling wind,and focused on t both incidental and fundamen-tal aspects of treatment. He also adopted the methods of nourishing blood,promoting blood circulation to re-move meridian obstruction,removing pathogenic heat from blood,expelling wind and cold,dispelling wind and heat,eliminating wind and damp,and achieved significant clinical efficacy.
