苏黄止咳颗粒联合西医治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效观察

Clinical Efficacy of Cough Variant Asthma Treated with Suhuang Zhike Granules and Western Medicine

目的探讨苏黄止咳颗粒联合西医治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)患者的临床效果和安全性分析。方法采用前瞻性分析法,选取2012年3月至2015年3月期间的120例CVA患者的临床资料,根据治疗方法的不同将患者分为对照组和治疗组,每组60例。对照组患者给予常规治疗加单纯西医治疗(布地奈德气雾剂),治疗组患者在对照组患者治疗的基础上联合苏黄止咳颗粒进行治疗。经过14 d的治疗,观察两组患者治疗效果和用药前后咳痰、气急、咽痒、咳嗽次数及咳嗽程度改善情况。结果经过治疗后,治疗组患者总有效率为98.33%,对照组为85.00%,治疗组患者总有效率明显高于对照组,经统计学比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者咳痰、气急、咽痒、咳嗽次数及咳嗽程度改善情况明显高于对照组,经统计学比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论苏黄止咳颗粒联合西医治疗CVA比单纯西医治疗具有更好的治疗效果,能够较快地缓解患者症状,降低不良反应发生率,安全性较高。

Objective To study the clinical effect and safety on cough variant asthma treated with suhuang zhike granules and western medicine. Methods The prospective analysis was adopted. From March 2012 to March 2015,the clinical data of 120 cases of cough variant asthma were collected. According to the therapeutic methods,two groups were divided,named a control group and a treatment group,60 cases in each one. In the control group,the routine treatment and simple western medicine were applied(budesonide aero-sol)and in the treatment group,on the basis of the treatment as the control group,suhuang zhike granules were supplemented. After 14d treatment,the clinical effect and improvements in expectoration,asthmatic breathing,throat itching,cough frequency and degree were observed before and after treatment in the two groups. Results After treatment,the symptom remission rate was 98. 33% in the treatment group and was 85. 00% in the control group. The result in the treatment group was apparently higher than that in the control group,indicating the significant difference(P < 0. 05). The improvements in expectoration,asthmatic breath-ing,throat itching,cough frequency and degree were apparently better than those in the control group,indica-ting the significant difference(P < 0. 05). Conclusion Suhuang zhike granules combined with western med-icine achieves much better therapeutic effect on cough variant asthma as compared with simple western medi-cation. This combined therapy quickly relieves the symptoms,reduces the incidence of adverse reactions and has quite high safety.
