摘要
提高对西医院校学生中医教学的实效性,其关键在于教学理念的转变,从专业性、抽象性的理论解读为主转向实用性和程序性的诊疗操作为主。这要求在中医教学的实现上要最大限度的模拟现实诊疗过程,体现现实中医诊疗的特殊性。这种特殊性体现在中医诊疗中医生的诊断很大程度建立在医生与患者之间的良好沟通基础之上,这种沟通既包括医生与患者之间的病情交流,也包括医生与患者之间的人情交流。因此,在中医教学设计中必须兼顾中医的技术性训练与人际性训练。慕课由于其自身的开放性、共享性和参与者之间的民主性能够最大程度实现中医教学的目标。
The change of teaching ideas is the key for the improvement of TCM teaching effective-ness in western medicine university in MOOC,from the professional abstract interpretation theory to the prac-tical and procedural operation of the diagnosis and treatment. It is required to achieve maximally the simula-ted real diagnosis and treatment process of TCM teaching and reflect the particularity of real TCM diagnosis and treatment. This particularity is shown as TCM diagnosis is established on the basis of the good communi-cation between doctors and patients,including the pathogenic condition communication and human feeling communication. Hence,the technical training and interpersonal training are involved in TCM teaching design. Due to its own openness,sharing and participants′democracy,MOOC can achieve the goal of TCM teaching to the greatest extent.
