五味消痤饮治疗寻常痤疮冲任失调型临床研究

Clinical Observation on Treatment of Acne Vulgaris( imbalance of Chong and Ren Channels) with Wuweixiaocuo Decoction

目的观察五味消痤饮治疗寻常痤疮的临床疗效。方法采用随机、对照研究的方法,将90例冲任失调型寻常痤疮患者分为3组治疗。治疗组30例,口服五味消痤饮;对照组30例,口服维胺酯胶囊;联合用药组30例,口服五味消痤饮及维胺酯胶囊。结果治疗组、联合用药组在临床疗效方面优于对照组,与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组、联合用药组睾酮水平均有所降低,但治疗前后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组、联合用药组雌二醇水平均升高,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),联合用药组与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用五味消痤饮为主的治疗方法效果优于维胺酯胶囊为主的治疗方法。五味消痤饮是治疗女性寻常痤疮冲任失调型的有效药物。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Wuweixiaocuo decoction for the treatment of acne vulgaris( imbalance of Chong and Ren Channels). Methods 90 cases of acne vulgaris were randomly divided into three groups: a treatment group( n = 30),a control group( n = 30) and a combination group( n= 30). The treatment group was given Wuweixiaocuo decoction orally; the control group was given viaminate capsules orally; the combination group received Wuweixiaocuo decoction together with viaminate capsules.Results The treatment group and the combination group did better than the control group in terms of clinical efficacy,and the difference compared with control group were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). After treatment,the testosterone levels of the treatment group and the combination group were decreased,but there is no s statistically significant difference before and after treatment( P > 0. 05); the estradiol levels of the treatment group and the combination group were elevated before treatment,which has a statistically significant difference( P < 0. 05),The difference between the combination and the control group,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The treatment based on Wuweixiaocuo decoction is more effective than the treatment based on viaminate capsules. Wuweixiaocuo decoction has a significant effect for acne vulgaris( imbalance of Chong and Ren Channels).
