徐艳玲教授辨治慢性阻塞性肺疾病经验探析

Exploring the Experience of Professor Xu Yanlin on Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

徐艳玲教授善于中西医结合诊治肺系疾病。慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)与中医学肺系"咳嗽""喘证""肺胀"等病证病机、临床表现有相似之处,徐教授认为COPD病程发展某阶段或病情严重程度分级更倾向于"咳嗽""喘证""肺胀"某一种病证,COPD本质是一种虚证,治疗当以治虚为要,肺脾肾同补,重在补肾,补气为先,养正徐图。文章从四个方面介绍了徐教授诊治慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床经验:以"虚"为纲,肺脾肾同补;复法图治,尤重肺肾合方;宣降同调,燮理肺之气机;中西结合,不离病证结合。

Professor Xu Yanling has a rich experience in diagnosing and treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease( COPD). The syndrome,pathogenesis and clinical manifestation of COPD is similar to those of'Cough','Dyspnea'and'Lung distension'in TCM. Professor Xu thinks COPD shall be the syndrome of'Cough','Dyspnea'and'Lung distension'according to its level and the disease severity. The essence of COPD is a kind of deficiency syndrome,which should be treated focusing on treatment of deficiency. And it should be together with invigorating the lung,spleen and kidney,which should focus on invigorating the lung and invigorating Qi first. This Paper introduces the clinical experience of Professor Xu from four aspects:Based on treatment of deficiency and invigorating the lung,spleen and kidney; pursuing rehabilitation and treatment methods,with particular emphasis on the lung and kidney; Diffuse and downbear the functioning of Qi in lung; Combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine with combination of disease and pattern.
