中西医结合治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎58例临床观察

Clinical Observation on Treatment Combining traditional Chinese with Western Medicine of 58 Cases Chronic Nonbacterial Prostatitis

目的探索前列安通胶囊联合特拉唑嗪治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的临床疗效,为中西医结合防治慢性非细菌性前列腺炎提供依据。方法 116例慢性非细菌性前列腺炎患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各58例,两组均采用盐酸特拉唑嗪片治疗,治疗组加前列安通胶囊,两组患者均药物治疗3个月后进行临床证候疗效评价,并分别在治疗前、治疗后1个月、治疗后2个月和治疗后3个月,进行中医证候积分、NIH-CPSI(疼痛、尿路症状和生活质量影响)积分评估。结果对照组总有效率为68.96%,治疗组总有效率为82.75%,治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,两组患者治疗后中医证候积分、疼痛、尿路症状和生活质量影响评分均降低,其中治疗组治疗后1个月和两组治疗后2个月、3个月中医证候积分、疼痛、尿路症状和生活质量影响评分降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,治疗组患者治疗2个月、3个月中医证候积分、疼痛、尿路症状和生活质量影响评分降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论前列安通胶囊联合特拉唑嗪可明显改善慢性非细菌性前列腺炎患者中医证候积分、NIH-CPSI(疼痛、尿路症状和生活质量影响)积分,临床疗效确切。

Objective To explore the clinical observation on treatment of Qianlie Antong capsule and terazosin with therapy chronic nonbacterial prostatitis,which provides the basis for prevention and treatment combining traditional Chinese with western medicine of chronic nonbacterial prostatitis. Methods 116 cases of chronic nonbacterial prostatitis patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group( n = 58),two groups adopt terazosin hydrochloride treatment,treatment group with Qianlie Antong capsule,two groups of patients were drug therapy to evaluate the clinical effect of 3 months later,and respectively before treatment,therapy 1 month,2 month and 3 month,treatment of TCM syndrome integral,the NIH- CPSI( pain,urinary tract symptoms and quality of life) of integral evaluation. Results The total effective rate of the control group was 68. 96%,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 82. 75%,the total effective rate of the treatment group was obviously better than that of the control group( P < 0. 05). Compared with before treatment,two groups of patients after treatment of TCM syndrome integral,pain,urinary tract symptoms and quality of life scores were lower,the treatment group for 1 month and two groups of drug delivery in 2month and 3 month of TCM syndrome integral,pain,urinary tract symptoms and quality of life score lower had statistical significance( P < 0. 05). Compared with the control group,the treatment group patients give medicine in 2 month and 3 month of TCM syndrome integral,pain,urinary tract symptoms and quality of life score lower statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Qianlie Antong capsule and terazosin can significantly improve patients with chronic nonbacterial prostatitis TCM syndrome integral,the NIH- CPSI( pain,urinary tract symptoms and quality of life) integral,it had clinical curative effect.
