中药熏洗结合局部上药微波导热治疗外阴白色病变50例临床观察

Clinical Observation of 50 Cases of White Lesions of the Vulva Treated with Chinese Medicine Fumigation and Local Medicine Microwave Thermal Irradiation

目的观察中药熏洗结合局部上药微波导热方法治疗外阴白色病变的临床疗效。方法将门诊100例外阴白色病变患者按数字随机表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组50例。治疗组采用中药"去白止痒方"加减熏洗外阴,其后病灶局部涂擦鱼肝油滴剂、维生素E胶囊及氟轻松软膏,再进行微波导热照射治疗;对照组采用局部氟轻松软膏上药加微波导热治疗。两组治疗均1次/d,每10次为1个疗程,完成3个疗程后进行疗效评价。结果治疗后治疗组总有效率96.0%,对照组总有效率72.0%,两组疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论中药熏洗结合局部上药微波导热治疗外阴白色病变疗效确切、方法简便,值得在基层推广使用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on white lesions of the vulva treated with Chinese medicine fumigation and local medicine microwave thermal irradiation. Methods One hundred outpatients of white lesions of the vulva were randomized into a treatment group and a control group,50 cases in each one. In the treatment group,the fumigation was applied locally with qubai zhiyang fang,followed by local application of oleum morrhuae drops,vitamin E capsule and fluocinonide ointment,as well as microwave thermal irradiation. In the control group,the local application of fluocinonide ointment and microwave thermal irradiation were applied. The treatment was given once a day,10 treatments made one session. The evaluation was done after 3 sessions. Results The total effective rate was 96. 0% in the treatment group and was72. 0% in the control group after treatment,indicating the significant difference in comparison( P < 0. 01).Conclusion The combined therapy of Chinese medicine fumigation and local medicine microwave thermal irradiation achieves the definite efficacy on white lesions of the vulva. This therapy is simple in application and deserves to be promoted.
