健脾调神法治疗颈源性眩晕痰湿中阻型的疗效观察

Efficacy Observation on Cervicogenic Vertigo of Retention of Phlegm and Dampness Treated via Strengthening Spleen and Regulating Mind

目的观察健脾调神法治疗颈源性眩晕的临床疗效。方法将60例痰湿中阻型颈源性眩晕患者随机分为两组,每组30例。治疗组取颈3~5夹脊穴、本神、神庭透百会、内关、三阴交、丰隆、足三里等穴位,针刺得气后,施相应的补泻手法,留针30 min。对照组采用常规药物治疗(注射用七叶皂苷钠15 mg、丹参川芎嗪10 ml),均每日治疗1次,7 d为1个疗程。疗程结束后对比两组治疗后疗效。结果治疗组治疗前后症状评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),两组病例治疗前后症状评分差值比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组病例治疗后总有效率比较差异有统计学意义。结论颈性眩晕采用健脾调神针刺法临床疗效确切,安全可靠,具有广阔的应用前景,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on cervicogenic vertigo treated via strengthening the spleen and regulating the mind. Methods Sixty patients of cervicogenic vertigo of retention of phlegm and dampness pattern were randomized into two groups,30 cases in each one. In a trial group,Jiaji( EX- B2),Benshen( GB13),penetrating needling from Shenting( BL24) to Baihui( GV20),Neiguan( PC6),Sanyinjiao( SP6),Fenglong( ST40),Zusanli( ST36),etc. were stimulated. After qi arrival,the reinforcing or reducing technique was used. The needles were retained for 30 min. In the control group,the conventional drug therapy was adopted( injection of sodium aescinate 15 ml and salvia miltiorrhiza ligustrazine10ml),once every day,7d treatment made 1 session. The efficacy was compared at the end of treatment. Results The symptoms were different significantly before and after treatment in the trial group( P < 0. 01). The value difference in symptom score was significant statistically before and after treatment in the two groups( P< 0. 05). After treatment,the total effective rate was different significantly in comparison of two groups( P <0. 05). Conclusion The acupuncture therapy for strengthening the spleen and regulating the mind achieves the definite clinical efficacy and this therapy is safe and reliable in the treatment of cervicogenic vertigo. It presents broad prospect and deserves to be promoted in clinical application.
