双e疗法刺激董氏奇穴治疗口服降糖药继发性失效患者的疗效观察

Efficacy on Secondary Failure of Hypoglycemic Drugs Treated by Stimulating Dong's Extra Points with“Double E Therapy”

目的观察双e疗法刺激董氏奇穴治疗2型糖尿病患者口服降糖药继发性失效的临床疗效及安全性。方法将120例口服降糖药继发性失效的2型糖尿病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组60例,在口服基础降糖药的基础上,治疗组给予针挑结合放血刺激董氏奇穴,对照组给予二甲双胍,并进行疗效评价。结果治疗后,两组患者的空腹血糖值(FPG)、2 h血糖值(2 h PG)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)等指标较治疗前都有明显下降(P<0.05),组间比较治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组总有效率93.33%明显优于对照组85%(P<0.05)。结论双e疗法刺激董氏奇穴与二甲双胍对继发性磺脲类降糖药失效的2型糖尿病患者均有效,可以改善胰岛素抵抗,此外"双e疗法"的副作用小,绿色经济,有良好的临床推广前景。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of'double e therapy'by stimulating Dong’s extra points in the treatment of secondary failure of hypoglycemic drugs in the patients of type 2diabetes. Methods One hundred and twenty patients of type 2 diabetes,suffering from secondary failure of hypoglycemic drugs were randomized into a treatment group and a control group,60 cases in each one. One the basic treatment of oral administration of hypoglycemic drugs,in the treatment group,the pricking and bloodletting therapy was applied to stimulate Dong’ s extra points. In the control group,metformin was prescribed. The efficacy was evaluated. Results After treatment,FPG,2 h PG and Hb A1 c were all reduced apparently as compared with those before treatment( P < 0. 05). The result in the treatment group was better than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). After treatment,the total effective rate( 93. 33%) in the treatment group was obviously better than 85% in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The'double e therapy'by stimulating Dong’s extra points and oral administration of metformin are all effective in the treatment of the patients of type 2 diabetes,suffering from secondary sulfonylureas failure and improve the insulin resistance.Additionally,the'double e therapy'has less side effects and economic and deserves to be promoted in clinical practice.
