疏风解毒胶囊治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Shufeng Jiedu Capsules in treatment of Pediatric Acute Upper Respiratory Tract Infection

目的观察疏风解毒胶囊治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染的临床疗效及其安全性。方法将156例急性上呼吸道感染患儿,按数字随机表法分为治疗组与对照组,各78例。对照组予常规西医综合治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上予疏风解毒胶囊治疗。观察两组患儿治疗后临床症状消退时间及药物的不良反应,比较两组的临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为93.59%,对照组为80.77%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组的临床症状消退时间明显短于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均无明显不良反应。结论疏风解毒胶囊具有抗病毒、增强免疫力及抗菌的作用,在西医常规治疗的基础上结合疏风解毒胶囊治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染疗效更佳,且无明显的不良反应,在临床上值得推广使用。

Objective To observe the clinical creative effect and safety of Shufeng Jiedu Capsule in treatment of pediatric acute upper respiratory tract infection. Methods Children( 156 cases) with acute upper respiratory tract infection were randomly divided in the treatment group( n = 78) and the control group( n= 78). Children in two groups were treated with conventional treatment,and children in the treatment group were po administered with Shufeng Jiedu Capsule on the basis of conventional treatment. The efficacy was evaluated and the extinction time of the clinical symptoms and adverse reactions were observed. Results The efficacies in the treatment group and the control group were 93. 59% and 80. 77%,and there were statistically significant differences between the two groups( P < 0. 05). The extinction time of the clinical symptoms of the treatment group was obviously shorter than that of the control group,and there were statistically significant differences between the two groups( P < 0. 05). There were no adverse reactions in both group. Conclusion Shufeng Jiedu Capsule has the effects of antiviral,enhancing immunity and antibactrtial,which could improve the curative effect of pediatric acute upper respiratory tract infection with no serious adverse reaction,which has a certain clinical value.
