基于中医传承辅助平台分析王珂治疗失眠的用药规律

Analysis on Professor WANG Ke's Experience of Herbal Administration for Insomnia by Using Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System

通过收集王珂老中医治疗失眠的初诊病案,筛选出100首处方,运用中医传承辅助平台的数据挖掘方法,分析王珂老中医治疗失眠的使用药物的频次和用药规律,总结王珂老中医治疗失眠的用药经验并挖掘新处方。经关联算法分析,提炼出王老治疗失眠的常用药物有首乌藤、煅牡蛎、生白芍、白芷、制远志、土茯苓、葛根、生地、延胡索、菟丝子、当归、熟地、泽泻、益母草、丹参,蒺藜等。王珂老中医诊疗失眠辨证严谨,选药精当,常将养心安神和重镇安神之品同用。其中,首乌藤为王老治疗失眠处方中最常用药。在核心处方的基础上,通过熵层次聚类方法,挖掘出6首治疗失眠的新处方,分别是:1龙胆草、黄芩、竹茹、鸡血藤;2柏子仁、炙甘草、葛根、白芍、海螵蛸;3菟丝子、土茯苓、益母草、牡丹皮;4砂仁、生地黄、大腹皮、白芷;5决明子、远志、夏枯草、首乌藤、煅牡蛎;6五味子、土茯苓、当归、牡丹皮、生地黄、益母草。王珂老中医辨治失眠经验丰富,巧妙应用养心安神与重镇安神之法,疗效显著。

Through collecting the medical cases of insomnia treated with Prof. Wang Ke,screening100 formulas,using TCM inheritance support system for data mining,the frequency and rule of medicine use were analyzed,the experiences of medicine use were summarized and the new formulas were explored. With the association rule,the following common herbs were collected,including caulis polygoni multiflori,calcined oster shell,radix paeoniae alba,radix angelicae,prepared polygala tenuifolia,radix puerariae,rhizome of rehmannia,rhizome corydalis,semen cuscutae,angelica sinensis,rehmannia glutinosa,rhizome alismatis,leonurus japonicas,salvia miltiorrhiza and tribulus terrestris. Prof. Wang prefers to the herbs for tranquilization,such as caulis polygoni multiflori. On the basis of the main formulas,hierarchical clustering method was used to mine6 new formulas. 1. gentiana scabra bge,radix scutellariae,bamboo shavings,suberect spatholobus stem; 2.platycladi seed,main licorice,radix puerariae,radix paeoniae alba,cuttlefish bone; 3. dodder weed,glabrous greenbrier rhizome,motherwort,cortex moutan; 4. amomum villosum,radix rehmanniae,areca peel,angelica dahurica; 5. cassia seed,polygala,selfheal,radix polygoni multiflori cane,calcined oyster; 6. fructus schisandrae,glabrous greenbrier rhizome,Chinese angelica,cortex moutan,radix rehmanniae,herba leonuri. Prof.Wang has very rich experiences in the treatment of insomnia by using the herbs for tranquilization and has achieves the significant efficacy.
