“盘龙针法”针刺夹脊穴对针刺治疗视频终端综合征增效观察

Efficacy Observation for Video Display Terminal Syndrome Treated with Acupuncture at Jiaji Points with Panlong Technique

目的观察"盘龙针法"针刺夹脊穴对针刺治疗视频终端综合征的增效作用。方法视频终端综合征患者62例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各31例。对照组采用常规针刺治疗,观察组在常规针刺基础上加针刺夹脊穴,采用"盘龙针法",从上至下,左右交错针刺,快速进针,病人得气后迅速出针。两组治疗均每周5次,10次为1疗程,2个疗程观察结果。结果观察组和对照组对视频终端综合征3组症状均有显著改善(P<0.01),观察组改善脊柱肢体症状、神经衰弱症状及总有效率明显优于对照组,且疗程更短。结论 "盘龙针法"针刺夹脊穴对针刺治疗视频终端综合征有增效作用。

Objective To observe the effect for video display terminal syndrome( VDT) treated with acupuncture at Jiaji points( EX- B2) with panlong technique. Methods Sixty- two cases of VDT were randomly divided into the observation group( n = 31) and the control group( n = 31). The routine acupuncture was given in the control group and the acupuncture at Jiaji points( EX- B2) were added on the basis as the treatment of the control group in the observation group. The panlong technique was applied,stimulating the points from up to down,bilaterally,inserting the needled quickly and removed after qi arrival. The treatment was given 5 times a week in the two groups,10 treatments as 1 session and 2 sessions of treatment required for the observation. Results All of the symptoms of VDT were relieved significantly in the observation group and the control group( P < 0. 01). In the observation group,the improvements in the symptoms of spine and limbs,neurasthenia and the total effective rate were better apparently than those in the control group and the treatment duration was much shorter. Conclusion Acupuncture at Jiaji points( EX- B2) with panlong technique improves the efficacy on VDT.
