远程中西医结合教育模式对2型糖尿病患者自我管理能力和血糖控制影响的研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨远程中西医结合教育模式对2型糖尿病患者自我管理能力和血糖控制的影响。方法两组患者住院期间接受统一的糖尿病健康教育,出院后试验组进行远程中西医结合教育,并进行血糖数据实时传输,接受线上/短信/电话随访。对照组进行自我管理,接受健康教育小组短信/电话随访。结果两组干预前后DMSES、SDSCA组内比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.O5);两组干预前后血糖监测、膳食调配、运动管理、足部护理、情志调摄及规律服药方面组内比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.O5)。两组干预后DMSES、SDSCA组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组干预前后FPG组内组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),干预后组间比较差异有统计学意义。试验组干预前后Hb A1c比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组干预前后Hb A1c比较差异无统计学意义;两组干预后Hb A1c组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论远程中西医结合教育模式对患者采取积极的方式应对疾病没有更加有效的意义,但是个保护性因素,更有利于血糖控制。 Objective To explore the impacts of long- distance education mode of integrated Chinese and western medicine on self- management and blood glucose control in the patients of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods The patients in the two groups received the same diabetes- related health education while in hospital. After discharged,the patients in the treatment group received long- distance education mode of integrated Chinese and western medicine,uploaded the real time transmission of blood glucose data and were followed up via the online,text message or phone calls. In the control group,the self- management was adopted and the patients joined health education team and received the follow- up via text message or phone call. Results The differences were significant before and after intervention in each group( P <0. 05). The differences in blood glucose monitoring,dietary management,exercise management,foot nursing,emotional adjustment and regular medication were significant before and after intervention within the group( P < 0. 05). The difference in FPG was significant between the two groups. In the treatment group,the difference in Hb A1 c was significant before and after intervention( P < 0. 05). In the control group,the difference in Hb A1 c was not significant. After intervention,the difference in Hb A1 c was significant between the two groups( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The long- distance education mode of integrated Chinese and western medicine does not display much more effective significance for the disease,but it is a protective factor and contributes to the control of blood glucose.
