中西医结合治疗重症病人上消化道出血临床疗效观察

Observation of the Clinical Efficacy of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine on Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding in the Critical Patients

目的观察PPI、生长抑素、抗菌药物、血管活性药物、中药联合用药控制不同病因引起的上消化道出血的临床疗效。方法重症医学科2014年6月-2015年6月期间收治的50例危重症病人合并不同程度上消化道出血病例根据患者病情给予PPI、生长抑素、抗菌药物、血管活性药物、中药联合用药治疗。结果 72 h内有效止血率达94%。结论危重症病人合并不同程度上消化道出血使用PPI、生长抑素、抗菌药物、血管活性药物、中药联合用药治疗可以迅速控制不同病因引起的上消化道出血,临床疗效好。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy on the upper gastrointestinal bleeding( UGIB) caused by different factors,treated with the combined medication of PPI,growth hormone release inhibiting hormone( GHRIH),antibacterial drugs,vasoactive drugs and Chinese medicine. Methods Fifty critical patients combined with UGIB of different severities were collected in the Department of Intensive Care Medicine from June 2014 to June 2015 and treated with the combined medication of PPI,GHRIH,antibacterial drugs,vasoactive drugs and Chinese medicine accordingly. Results The hemostatic rate within 72 hours was 94%. Conclusion For the critical patients combined with UGIB of different severities,the combined medication of PPI,GHRIH,antibacterial drugs,vasoactive drugs and Chinese medicine rapidly controls UGIB caused by different factors and achieves the good clinical efficacy.
