British Heaven-Stem and Earth-Branch Acupuncture

针灸在海外的传播非常广泛,各个学术团体之间百家争鸣,英国天干地支针灸作为其中一支,传承完整连贯,学术思想系统,自成体系。针灸的海外传播史可以追溯到公元6世纪前后。针灸在英法等西方国家本土化的过程,为我们提供了中医海外传播的特殊案例。国内中医医史文献工作者大多致力于国内传统文献研究,对于海外文献研究十分欠缺,而对欧洲中医的研究则更少。英国天干地支针灸诞生于海外针灸传播的第三阶段,伴随着东方医学国际学院的建立而产生。目前已知的英国针灸流派主要有六种:五行针灸、零点平衡、理疗针灸、中国蓝调、英国医学针灸和天干地支针灸。《黄帝内经》是干支针灸的理论的基石。《淮南子》《道德经》《易经》等中国古代经典著作亦成为干支针灸的理论来源。天干地支针灸流派,也被称为五运六气针灸(以下简称干支针灸),形成于20世纪70年代,创立人是J.D(Dick)van Buren医生。

Acupuncture is widely spread overseas,including many academic societies. British heaven- stem and earth branch acupuncture is one of them and has its own academic system. British acupuncture was born in the third phase during the overseas popularization of acupuncture while the establishment of international college of oriental medicine. Currently there are six kinds of the British acupuncture: the five elements acupuncture; the zero balance; physical therapy acupuncture; Chinese Landiao; British medical acupuncture and heaven- stem and earth branch acupuncture. The heaven- stem and earth branch acupuncture is also named as five- movement and six- qi acupuncture,formed in 1970 s by Doctor J. D. Van Buren. Its theory foundation is originated from Huangdi Neijing. Huainanzi,Daodejing,Yijing and other ancient Chinese classics are the origins of it.
