MicroRNA介导的人参及其活性成分药理作用与机制 被引量:10

摘要 人参是五加科植物人参的干燥根及根茎,是中医临床常用药物之一,至今仍在临床中被广泛应用。一种新发现的非编码RNA-microRNA(miRNA,miR)能够在转录后水平调控基因表达,调节细胞表型,已被用于探索中药药理机制。综合目前研究发现,人参活性成分(人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Rb1、人参皂苷Rh2等)的药理作用可由miRNA(miR-15b、miR-18a、miR-25、miR-27b、miR-128、miR-214等)及相关靶基因介导,涉及氧化应激、血管生成、胶原蛋白合成、细胞凋亡等多个病理生理过程。通过分析文献发现,miRNA介导的人参药理机制具有靶基因特异性、病理特异性、间接和直接调节可能共存等特点。
