摘要
目的观察电针百会穴、水沟穴对急性酒精中毒小鼠翻正反射恢复时间及其脑组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。方法将ICR小鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、15 min电针组、45 min电针组、75 min电针组,按0.15 ml/10 g灌胃给予V/V 56%红星二锅头酒,造模成功(翻正反射消失)后,针刺治疗组分别于15 min、45 min和75 min进行电针刺激百会穴、水沟穴各15 min。观察翻正反射消失时间和恢复时间,并于治疗后1.5 h测定血清乙醇含量和脑组织中SOD活性和MDA含量。结果针刺可缩短模型小鼠翻正反射恢复时间,提高模型小鼠瞬时脑组织SOD活性,脑组织MDA有降低趋势。结论急性酒精中毒时,在体内高酒精浓度作用下,细胞膜表面的流动性脂质所产生的氧自由基(O2+)增多,而电针百会穴、水沟穴使得机体启动了自我保护作用机制,使SOD含量增加、活力增强,清除脑细胞间隙O2+的作用加强,从而发挥了保护脑细胞的作用。
Objective To observe the impacts on the recovery time of righting reflex and the levels of SOD and MDA in the mice of acute alcoholism treated with electroacupuncture( EA) at Baihui( GV20) and Shuigou( GV26). Methods ICR mice were randomized into a blank group,a model group,a 15 min EA group,a 45 min EA group and a 75 min EA group. V / V 56% white wine was used for lavage at 0. 15 ml /10 g. After successful modeling( disappearing of righting reflex),EA at Baihui( GV20) and Shuigou( GV26) was used in 15 min,45 min and 74 min separately,for 15 min in each group. The time of disappearance of righting reflex and recovery time were observed. In 1. 5 h after treatment,serum ethanol level and SOD activity and MDA content in brain tissue were detected. Results Acupuncture shortened the recovery time of righting reflex in the model mice,improved instantly SOD activity and reduced MDA content in tendency. Conclusion For acute alcoholism,under high alcoholic concentration in the body,O2 +content induced by mobile lipid of cytomembrane surface is increased. EA at Baihui( GV20) and Shuigou( GV26) generates the self- protection in the body,inducing the increase of SOD content and activity and enhancement of the release of O2 +in the cells so that the brain cells are protected.
