摘要
目的探讨中药复方脉络通洗剂外洗治疗对血瘀型闭塞性动脉硬化症(ASO)患者局部微循环的影响。方法应用脉络通洗剂对60例闭塞性动脉硬化闭塞症血瘀型患者进行外洗治疗,检测患者外洗前、外洗后即刻和外洗后2 h的局部血流灌注量、氧分压、皮肤汗出速率和皮肤温度,观察脉络通外洗前后肢端微循环的变化。结果患者外洗后即刻、外洗后2 h的血流灌注量基线值、皮肤汗出速率、皮肤温度均高于外洗前(P<0.05,P<0.01);外洗后2 h的血流灌注量基线值、皮肤汗出速率、皮肤温度均低于外洗后即刻(P<0.05,P<0.01)。外洗后即刻、外洗后2 h经皮氧分压均低于外洗前(P<0.01),外洗后2 h经皮氧分压低于外洗后即刻(P<0.01)。外洗前、外洗后即刻、外洗后2 h体表温度与血流灌注量均成正相关(P<0.01)。结论脉络通洗剂外洗可以明显改善血瘀型ASO患者的局部微循环障碍。
Objective To explore the impact on local microcirculation in the treatment of arteriosclerosis obliterans( ASO) of blood stagnation pattern treated with the external application of fufang mailuotong lotion. Methods Sixty patients of ASO of blood stagnation pattern were treated with the external application of fufang mailuotong lotion. Before treatment,immediate after treatment and 2 h after treatment,the values of the local blood perfusion,oxygen partial pressure,acromelic sweating rate and skin temperature were detected. The changes were observed in the microcirculation of lower extremities before and after treatment. Results The baseline of blood perfusion,acromelic sweating rate and skin temperature immediately after treatment and in 2 h after treatment were higher than those before treatment( P < 0. 05,P < 0. 01). In 2 h after treatment,the baseline of blood perfusion,acromelic sweating rate and skin temperature were lower as compared with those immediately after treatment( P < 0. 05,P < 0. 01). Immediately after treatment and in 2 h after treatment,oxygen partial pressure was lower than that before treatment( P < 0. 01) and that in 2 h after treatment was lower as compared with that immediately after treatment( P < 0. 01). Before treatment,immediate after treatment and 2h after treatment,skin temperature and blood perfusion were positively correlative to each other( P < 0. 01). Conclusion Mailuotong lotion apparently improves local microcirculation in ASO patients of blood stagnation pattern.
