中医验方历史悠久,"三两三"是其中的一种,它广泛的流传于民间。"三两三",又称为"三两三钱三",多数由方剂分量而命名,其组成一般多为四种药物,君臣佐使配合很严谨。"芪银三两三"方以生黄芪、金银花、当归、生甘草组成,此方用药精简,制方讲究,虚实分明,攻补兼施,临床应用范围广。王玉光老师在临证时多将此方用于治疗病机为虚实夹杂,气血亏虚为本,气滞、痰凝、血瘀、湿热等为标的疾病,同时他还认为在"芪银三两三"益气、清热、养血的基础上还应注意要通过"清、透、泻"等方法给邪以出路,临床多用于治疗老年肺炎、内伤发热、肺间质纤维化等,疗效确切,值得推广。

Proved recipe of Traditional Chinese medicine has a long history and the Sanliangsan as one of them was spread widely among the people. Sanliangsan,also known as the three liang three qian three,was mostly named by prescription component. It was composed of four kinds of drugs and the coordination of monarch,minister,assistant and guide was very strict. Qiyin Sanliangsan constituted with Huangqi,Jinyinghua,Danggui and Gancao has the characteristic of simplified prescription,paying attention to prescription and a wide range of clinical application etc. The diseases of intermingled deficiency and excess that qi and blood and the stagnation of qi and phlegm,blood stasis and damp heat were treatment with this prescription in clinical. At the same time,Wang Yuguang director believed that we should pay attention to expel the evil though the methods of cleaning,dispersing and purgation on the base of benefiting qi,cleaning heat and nourishing blood in application of Qiyin Sanliangsan and its efficacy was reliable in treatment of the senile pneumonia,fever due to internal injury,interstitial pulmonary fibrosis in clinical.
