宣上畅中汤治疗60例冠心病的临床疗效及缺血性心电图的改善观察

Clinical Efficacy of Xuanshang Changzhong Decoction on 60 Cases of Coronary Heart Disease and the Improvement in Ischemic EEG

目的观察宣上畅中汤治疗冠心病(CHD)的临床疗效及对缺血性心电图的改善情况。方法选择2013年6月至2015年6月的120例冠心病(CHD)患者,按照随机数字表法,将患者分为对照组与治疗组,每组60例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,治疗组用自拟宣上畅中汤。观察两组患者治疗后临床疗效及心电图改善情况。结果两组患者治疗后治疗组总有效率为95.00%,对照组为76.67%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后治疗组缺血性心电图的改善率为86.67%,对照组为71.67%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宣上畅中汤治疗CHD有较好的临床疗效,对患者心电图的改善率明显优于单纯西药治疗,可提高患者预后的生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of xuanshang changzhong decoction on coronary heart disease( CHD) and the improvements in ischemic EEG. Methods From June 2013 to June 2015,120 cases of CHD were randomized into a control group and a treatment group,60 cases in each one. In the control group,the routine western medicine was given. In the treatment group,the self- prepared xuanshang changzhong decoction was used. After treatment,the clinical efficacy and EEG improvements were observed in the two groups. Results After treatment,the total effective rate was 95. 00% in the treatment group and was 76. 67%in the control group,indicating the significant difference in comparison( P < 0. 05). After treatment,the EEG improvement rate was 86. 67% in the treatment group and was 71. 67% in the control group,indicating the significant difference in comparison( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Xuanshang changzhong decoction achieves the good clinical efficacy on CHD and the EEG improvement rate is apparently better than that of simple western medicine. Chinese herbal medicine improves the living quality of patients and deserves to be promoted in clinic.
