逍遥散加味方对过敏性结膜炎患者泪膜功能的影响

Impacts of Modified Xiaoyaosan Formula on Tear Film Function in the Patients of Allergic Conjunctivitis

目的探讨逍遥散加味方对过敏性结膜炎患者泪膜功能的影响。方法取2013年3月至2015年4月中国中医科学院望京医院眼科门诊60例诊断为过敏性结膜炎患者,中医辨证为肝郁气滞型。将所有患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。观察组局部点色甘酸钠滴眼液联合逍遥散加味方干预治疗;对照组单纯局部点色甘酸钠滴眼液,两组干预治疗2周后,观察临床症状积分、基础泪液分泌试验(SIt)、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、角膜荧光素染色(FL)情况。结果对照组治疗后临床症状积分较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),其他指标与治疗前比较差异无统计意义(P>0.05)。观察组与本组治疗前比较,治疗后患者临床症状积分显著下降,SIt明显增多,BUT延长,FL积分减少,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组各项指标间差异均有统计意义(P<0.05),说明观察组疗效显著优于对照组。结论逍遥散加味方联合色甘酸钠滴眼液,能明显改善过敏性结膜炎患者泪膜功能,减少干眼症的发生。

Objective To explore the impacts of modified xiaoyaosan formula on tear film function in the patients of allergic conjunctivitis. Methods From March 2013 to April 2015,60 cases of allergic conjunctivitis were diagnosed and differentiated as liver qi stagnation in the Eye Department of Wangjing Hospital,China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences. All of the patients were randomized into an observation group and a control group,30 cases in each one. In the observation group,the intervention included local application of sodium cromoglicate eye drops and modified xiaoyaosan formula. In the control group,the sodium cromoglicate eye drops was applied simply. After the intervention for 2 weeks,the clinical symptom scores,Schirmer test( SI test),tear film break- up time( BUT) and corneal fluorescein staining( FL) were observed.Results In the control group,after treatment,the clinical symptom score was reduced apparently as compared with that before treatment( P < 0. 05) and the other indicators were not different significantly as compared with those before treatment( P > 0. 05). In the observation group,after treatment the clinical symptom score was reduced significantly as compared with that before treatment,Sit was increased apparently,BUT was prolonged and FL score was reduced,indicating the significant differences( P < 0. 05). The differences in all of the indicators were significant between the two groups after treatment( P < 0. 05). The efficacy in the observation group was better significantly than that in the control group. Conclusion The modified xiaoyaosan formula combined with sodium cromoglicate eye drops apparently improves tear film function and reduces the incidence of dry eye in the patients of allergic conjunctivitis.
