益气活血通络法对气虚血瘀型萎缩性胃炎癌前病变细胞凋亡和增殖的作用研究

Effects on Precancerous Cell Apoptosis and Proliferation of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis of Qi Deficiency and Blood Stagnation Pattern Treated with the Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Therapy

目的探讨益气活血通络法在治疗气虚血瘀型慢性萎缩型胃炎(CAG)中对癌前病变细胞凋亡和增殖功能的影响。方法将140例气虚血瘀型CAG患者分为两组,对照组采用胃复春治疗,治疗组采用具有益气活血通络作用的汤药治疗。治疗后,对患者的疗效及临床症状积分进行对比评价,利用免疫组化方法分析患者胃黏膜组织中细胞的凋亡和增殖状况。结果治疗组患者有效率临床改善情况显著优于对照组患者(P<0.05),Ki-67及B细胞淋巴瘤-2基因(Bcl-2)表达水平下降程度大于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论益气活血通络法能够显著改善CAG患者临床症状,阻止病变的进一步发展。

Objective To explore the impacts on precancerous cell apoptosis and proliferation of chronic atrophic gastritis( CAG) of qi deficiency and blood stagnation pattern treated with the yiqi huoxue tongluo therapy( benefiting qi,activating blood circulation and unblocking collaterals). Methods One hundred and forty patients of CAG differentiated as qi deficiency and blood stagnation were divided into two group. In the control group,the patients were treated with weifuchun. In the treatment group,the decoction for benefiting qi,activating blood circulation and unblocking collaterals was used. After treatment,the efficacy and clinical symptom score were compared and evaluated. IHC method was used to analyze the cell apoptosis and proliferation in the gastric mucous tissue. Results The effective rate in the treatment group was higher significantly than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). The clinical improvements in the treatment group were better than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). The expressions of Ki- 67 and Bcl- 2 in the treatment group were reduced more significantly as compared with those in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The yiqi huoxue tongluo therapy significantly improves in the clinical symptoms and blocks the further progression of lesion in CAG patients.
