祛痹汤治疗膝骨关节炎的临床观察及其对血清中相关炎性因子的影响

Clinical Observation of Qubi Decoction on Knee Osteoarthritis and the Impacts on Relevant Inflammatory Factors in Serum

目的观察自拟祛痹汤治疗膝骨关节炎(KOA)的临床疗效以及对相关炎性因子的影响。方法选取91例膝骨关节炎患者随机分为对照组(45例)和观察组(46例),对照组患者给予口服双醋瑞因胶囊,观察组采用院内自制中药处方祛痹汤治疗。观察两组患者治疗后临床疗效及血清中相关炎性因子[白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)、转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)和胰岛素样生长因子(IGF-1)]水平情况。结果两组患者治疗后对照组总有效率为77.8%,观察组为95.6%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后血清中IL-1β、TGF-β及IGF-1的水平与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论祛痹汤治疗KOA疗效确切,其机制可能与下调机体IL-1β水平,上调TGF-β、IGF-1的水平有关。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on knee osteoarthritis( KOA) treated with self- prepared qubi decoction and the impacts on relevant inflammatory factors. Methods Ninety- one patients of KOA were randomized into a control group( 45 cases) and an observation group( 46 cases). In the control group,diacerein capsules were given for oral administration. In the observation group,the self- prepared qubi decoction was applied. The clinical efficacy and the levels of IL- 1,TGF- and IGF- 1 in serum were observed in the two groups. Results After treatment,the total effective rate was 77. 8% in the control group and was 95. 6% in the observation group,indicating the significant difference in comparison( P < 0. 05). The levels of IL- 1,TGF- and IGF- 1 in the observation group were different significantly as compared with those in the control( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Qubi decoction has definite efficacy on KOA,which is possibly related to the down- regulation of IL- 1 and the up- regulation of TGF- 1 and IGF- 1.
