绝经后骨代谢异常的中医病理特点探讨

Pathological Characteristics of Bone Metabolic Disorder in Postmenopausal Women

绝经后骨代谢异常是中老年女性的常见病和多发病,主要以骨量减少、骨的微观结构退化为特征,致使骨微结构破坏、骨的脆性增加、骨的强度下降,骨折的危险性增高的全身性代谢性疾病。在中医整体观念指导下,从病因病机、体质状态、影响因素三个方面对绝经后骨代谢异常的中医病理进行研究。研究结果表明,绝经后骨代谢异常的发病是以肾虚为基础,肝郁为病因,并受到自然、社会、生活起居等因素影响,且提出运用整体观念全面分析疾病病理的重要性,以及厘清病理基础和发病原因的重要性。

Postmenopausal bone metabolic disorder is the common and high- incident disorder in aged females,characterized as osteopenia and bone microstructural degeneration,resulting in the general metabolic diseases such as microstructural damage,increased frangibility and reduced strength of bone and high risk of fracture. Under the guidance of holistic idea in TCM,in view of three aspects,named etiology and pathogenesis,body constitution state and influence factors,TCM pathological study was conducted on postmenopausal bone metabolic disorder. The study results show that the occurrence of postmenopausal bone metabolic disorder is based on kidney deficiency,liver stagnation is the etiology and the nature,society and living condition are the influence factors. It is important that the holistic idea should be used for the overall analysis of pathology and the pathological foundation and occurrence reasons should be clarified.
