摘要
难治性胃食管反流病以其临床症状难缓解、治疗手段有限、疗效难达满意效果等特点,逐渐受到临床重视。中医药治疗以"整体观念"为诊治特点,临床采用辨证论治、经典方药、效验专方、外治疗法等手段,在缓解症状方面具有独到优势。针对难治性胃食管反流病治疗困境,中医治疗强调在对患者日常生活进行健康指导的基础上,建议采用联合治疗方法对该病进行多种治疗手段的综合干预,以提升临床疗效。
Refractory gastroesophageal reflux disease( r GERD) with its clinical symptoms is difficult to relieve. Limited treatment measures and unsatisfactory curative effects gets more and more attention gradually in clinic. With holistic concept for the characteristics of diagnosis and treatment,traditional Chinese medicine has the unique superiority in alleviating symptoms based on syndrome differentiation,classic formulas,effective special prescriptions and external therapies. Aiming to solve those difficulties in the treatment of r GERD,treatment of traditional Chinese medicine emphasizes on the basis of health guidance to patients' daily life and suggests to apply a combination therapy to enhance the clinical curative effect.
