摘要
《医宗金鉴·幼科杂病心法要诀》是由清代乾隆时期朝廷钦定御制的一部儿科医学专著,它整理并总结了我国清代中期以前中医儿科学的学术内容。全书共6卷,首列四诊总括,次叙小儿各种疾病,共计28门,详述疾病的辨证治法与方药。通过认真研读,概括本书的学术特点有:一内容丰富、概括全面,二分类系统、辨证精准,三言简意赅、说理清楚,四经方简药、用之多效,五体裁歌诀、便于记诵,六图文并茂、形象生动。该部专著论述精确,内容鸿丰,提出了诸多独特见解,在中医儿科学的医学理论、临床实践及医学教育等领域,均有一定的学术地位与影响,为中医儿科医者临床必读之书。
The Yizongjinjian·Youkezabingxinfayaojue,consisted of 6 volumes,summarized academic content of traditional Chinese medicine pediatrics before the Qing Dynasty in China is a pediatric treatise edited in Qian- Long period. The first part expounded the diagnosis methods and it elaborates the treatment based on syndrome differentiation of many kinds of diseases with a total of 28 parts. The book’ s academic characteristic included rich content and summarization comprehensive,classification system and syndrome differentiation precise,concise and comprehensive,acquired good curative effect though application of classical prescription,Gejue theme of learning easily and vividly graphic picture. This book presented many unique insights and academic status and influence in pediatrics of traditional Chinese medicine medical theory and clinical practice and medical education and other fields. In a word,it should be the first one on the booklist of the suggested readings for pediatricians of TCM.
