基于miRNA在PRL型垂体瘤中的表达差异初探垂宁方“跨物种调节”作用机制 被引量:3

摘要 垂体腺瘤是常见的颅内良性肿瘤之一,发病率在颅内肿瘤中仅次于脑胶质细胞瘤和脑膜瘤,泌乳素(PRL)型垂体腺瘤是最常见的垂体瘤。通过对PRL型垂体瘤患者与正常人外周血中的miRNA表达进行检测,探索PRL型垂体瘤发病特征性的miRNA表达,可在基因转录后水平阐释其发病机制。获得的PRL型垂体瘤特征性miRNA"指纹",可用于疾病的诊断与鉴别诊断,亦可作为潜在的治疗靶点;可为"垂宁方"治疗PRL型垂体瘤提供充分且有说服力的实验室证据,并有可能为中医药治疗肿瘤性疾病的研究提供全新的思路。 Pituitary adenoma was one of the most common intracranial benign tumors which the incidence was second only to the brain gliomas and meningiomas in intracranial tumors. Prolactin( PRL) pituitary adenoma was the most common pituitary adenoma. The serum miRNA expression was determined in the patients of PRL pituitary adenoma and normal people to explore the expression of characteristics of miRNA in the occurring course of pituitary tumor and its mechanism could be explained. miRNA characteristics in PRL pituitary tumor can be used to obtain the fingerprint,diagnosis and differential diagnosis of the disease,serve as a potential therapeutic target and provide sufficient and convincing laboratory evidence which it may provide a new method on tumor disease with traditional Chinese medicine.
