摘要
目的探讨养血祛风方对抽动障碍大鼠抗抽动及空间认知能力改善作用。方法 IPDN腹腔注射建立大鼠拟TD模型,将TD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、西药组及中药低、中、高剂量组,造模后第1、4、8周对各组大鼠进行刻板运动、旷场分析及水迷宫测试,评价大鼠学习和记忆能力。结果中药中、高剂量组及西药组跨格次数减少,中央停格时间延长,与模型组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且中药低、高剂量组跨格次数比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);第4、8周中药高剂量组大鼠半数能完成水迷宫测试,与模型组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论养血祛风方能改善抽动障碍大鼠空间学习记忆能力,并具有量效关系。
Objective To explore the effect of yangxue qufeng formula in the improvement of anti-tic and spatial cognitive ability in the rats of tic disorder. Methods IPDN intraperitoneal injection was used to build simulated TD rat model. TD rats were randomized into a normal group,a model group,a western medicine group,a low-dose Chinese medicine group,a middle-dose Chinese medicine group and a high-dose Chinese medicine group. In the 1^(st),4^(th) and 8^(th) weeks after modeling,the rats in each group were arranged to have stereotyped movement and open field analysis and water maze test. The learning and memory ability was evaluated in the rats. Results In the middle-dose and high-dose Chinese medicine groups and the western medicine group,the line crossing was reduced and the center square duration was prolonged as compared with the model group,indicating the significant differences( P < 0. 05). The difference in line crossing was different significantly between the low-dose Chinese medicine group and the high-dose Chinese medicine group( P < 0. 05). In the 4^(th) and 8^(th) weeks,a half of the rats in the high-dose Chinese medicine group accomplished water maze test,indicating the significant difference as compared with the model group( P <0. 05). Conclusion Yangxue qufeng formula improves the spatial learning and memory ability of the rats of tic and presents the dose-effect relationship.
