代谢综合征中医体质分布规律及相关因素研究 被引量:15

摘要 目的探讨代谢综合征患者的中医体质分布规律及其与各代谢组分的相关性。方法对106例代谢综合征患者的中医体质及相关生物学指标进行临床调查,采用合适的χ2检验和Logistic回归分析进行资料的构成比与相关性分析。结果 106例代谢综合征患者平和质比例最高(24例,22.6%);偏颇体质中以痰湿质、气虚质为多,占近1/3。男女性别及不同年龄段的中医体质分布差异无统计学意义(P=0.145,P=0.934)。痰湿质与甘油三酯水平相关(P=0.048,OR=0.088,95%可信区间:0.008~0.975);湿热质与腰围大小相关(P=0.047,OR=1.106,95%可信区间:1.001~1.222);气郁质与血压高低相关(P=0.022,OR=8.392,95%可信区间:1.355~51.962)。结论代谢综合征患者的中医体质分布有一定的规律,且个别体质类型与代谢组分有一定的相关性。 Objective To explore the distribution rule of TCM constitution in the patients of metabolic syndrome and the correlativity with the metabolic components. Methods TCM constitutions of 106 patients of metabolic syndrome and relevant biological indicators were included in the clinical investigation. X2 test and Logistic regression were used to analyze the constituent ratio and relevant factors. Results Of 106 patients of metabolic syndrome,the proportion of neutral constitution was the highest( 24 cases,22. 6%),phlegm damp constitution and qi deficiency constitution accounted for nearly 1 /3 of the abnormal constitutions. TCM constitution distribution was not different significantly between males and females and among the patients at different ages( P = 0. 145,P = 0. 934). Phlegm damp constitution was relevant with TG( P =0. 048,OR = 0. 088,95% CI: 0. 008 to 0. 975). Damp heat constitution was relevant with the waistline( P =0. 047,OR = 1. 106,95% CI: 1. 001 to 1. 222). Qi stagnation constitution was relevant with blood pressure( P= 0. 022,OR = 8. 392,95% CI: 1. 355 to 51. 962). Conclusion TCM constitutions of patients of metabolic syndrome are regularly distributed. The individual constitution is relevant with metabolic components.
