灵芝健肾胶囊联合缬沙坦治疗糖尿病肾病临床研究

Clinical Study in Diabetic Nephropathy Treated with Lingzhi Jianshen Capsules and Valsartan

目的观察灵芝健肾胶囊联合缬沙坦对糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法选取68名糖尿病肾病患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组各34例,对照组给予缬沙坦和常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用灵芝健肾胶囊治疗。四周后观察疗效,并比较对照组和治疗组患者治疗前后收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)及血肌酐(SCr)、尿素氮(BUN)、24 h尿蛋白定量(24 h UTP)。结果治疗后两组患者观察指标均较治疗前显著降低,其中治疗组有效率为88.2%,对照组有效率为58.8%,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05),两组比较差异有统计学意义。结论灵芝健肾胶囊联合缬沙坦治疗糖尿病肾病效果显著,值得推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on diabetic nephropathy( DN) treated with the combined medication of lingzhi jianshen capsules and valsartan. Methods Sixty-eight DN patients were selected as the participants in the study. The random number table was used to divide them into a control group and a treatment group,34 cases in each one. In the control group,valsartan and usual care were used. In the treatment group,on the basis of the treatment as the control group,lingzhi jianshen capsules were applied. Four weeks later,the efficacy was observed and the results of SBP,DBP,FPG,2h FPG,Hb A1 c,SCr,BUN and 24 UTP were compared between the control group and the treatment group before and after treatment. Results After treatment,the indicators were all reduced significantly as compared with those before treatment in the two groups. The effective rate was 88. 2% in the treatment group and was 58. 8% in the control group. The results in the treatment group were apparently better than those in the control group,indicating the significant differences( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Lingzhi Jianshen Capsule combined with valsartan has a better effect on treating DN and is worth promoting.
