玉液汤合当归四逆汤加减治疗糖尿病周围神经病变42例临床观察

Clinical Observation of 42 Cases of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy Treated with the Modified Yuye Decoction and Danggui Sini Decoction

目的评价玉液汤合当归四逆汤加减治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效,探讨中医药治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的优势。方法糖尿病周围神经病变患者84例随机分为治疗组和对照组各42例,治疗组予玉液汤合当归四逆汤加减联合甲钴胺、前列地尔治疗,对照组予甲钴胺、前列地尔治疗,两组治疗14 d,观察比较两组的临床疗效及神经传导速度(nerve conductive velocity,NCV)的改变。结果治疗14 d后,治疗组患者的有效率高于对照组,两组疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组和对照组患者NCV均较治疗前明显提高(P<0.05),治疗组患者治疗后NCV较对照组提高更显著(P<0.05)。结论玉液汤合当归四逆汤加减治疗糖尿病周围神经病变能促进糖尿病周围神经病变患者神经传导速度修复,更好改善患者不适症状,提高临床疗效。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy on diabetic peripheral neuropathy( DPN) treated with the modified yuye decoction and danggui sini decoction and explore the advantages of Chinese herbal medicine in the treatment of DPN. Methods Eighty four patients of DPN were randomized into a treatment group and a control group,42 cases in each one. In the treatment group,the modified yuye decoction and danggui sini decoction was used together with mecobalamine and alprostadil. In the control group,mecobalamine and alprostadil were prescribed. The treatment was for 14 days in the two groups. The clinical efficacy and the changes in nerve conductive velocity( NCV) were observed and compared in the two groups. Results In 14 days of treatment,the effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,indicating the significant difference between the two groups( P < 0. 05). NCV was apparently improved as compared with that before treatment in the treatment group and the control group( P < 0. 05). The improvement of NCV in the treatment was much more significant than that in the control group after treatment( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The modified yuye decoction and danggui sini decoction promotes NCV repair in the patients of DPN,relieves symptoms and improves clinical efficacy.
