论小青龙汤在《金匮要略》中的应用

Application of Xiaoqinglong Tang in Synopsis of Golden Chamber

小青龙汤出自《伤寒论》和《金匮要略》,一般认为其功能为解表蠲饮,止咳平喘。主治风寒客表,水饮内停之证。临床多用于治疗慢性支气管炎、过敏性鼻炎、支气管哮喘、慢性阻塞性肺气肿、肺心病以及慢性支气管炎急性发作等呼吸系统疾病。文章通过对小青龙汤在《金匮要略》中的应用相关条文和文献复习研究,同时结合临床应用小青龙汤的经验,认为该方主治证候未必定有表候见证。临床应用当以寒饮为患作为辨别方证的要点,不必拘于有无外感,凡与该方方证对应者,均可应用,亦常取得较好疗效。

Xiaoqinglong tang is from Treatise on Febrile Diseases and Synopsis of Golden Chamber.Generally,this formula acts on eliminating the exterior,resolving harmful fluids,stopping cough and relieving asthma and indicates the exterior syndrome of wind and cold and retention of harmful fluid. In clinic,the respiratory disorders are involved,such as chronic bronchitis,allergic rhinitis,bronchial asthma,chronic obstructive emphysema,pulmonary cardiac disease and acute attack of chronic bronchitis. In the paper,the relevant clauses and literatures of xiaoqinglong tang in Synopsis of Golden Chamber are studied. In association with the clinical application of xiaoqinglong tang,this formula is not only used for exterior syndrome. Cold fluid is the key in syndrome differentiation. The formula should be applied accordingly to ensure the good efficacy.
