Prof. Guo Yanxing is the inherit of the seventh generation of Pingle bong- setting,based on Guo’s Pingle bone- setting balance theory and has accumulated the specific theory in the treatment of early femoral head necrosis through clinical practice and experiences for years. Prof. Guo believes that early femoral head necrosis results from the interaction of the internal factor and the external factor. The imbalance of zangfu organs is the primary and the imbalance of qi and blood is the secondary. The mutual influence of the primary and the secondary,the local and the whole are the reasons of the disease. Additionally,the liver,kidney and spleen are closely related among each other. Prof. Guo views that the early diagnosis and early intervention may effectively prevent from the further development of disease. The coordination of qi and blood,five zang organs,tendons and bones; the inter- supplementation of the dynamic and the static,regular living activity and balance diet are the core of the treatment of early femoral head necrosis. In the paper,Prof. Guo’s experiences in the treatment of the disease are introduced in terms of the recognition of disease,balance theory and clinical medical cases so as to provide the therapeutic approaches to the treatment of femoral head necrosis in the medical field.
