穴位敷贴对不稳定型心绞痛气虚血瘀证白介素-6的影响 被引量:9

Impacts of the Acupoint Application on IL-6 in Unstable Angina Pectoris Differentiated as Qi Deficiency and Blood Stagnation

摘要 目的观察穴位敷贴治疗不稳定型心绞痛(气虚血瘀证)的临床疗效及对白介素-6(IL-6)的影响,为临床提供一种科学的、有效的治疗方法。方法将不稳定型心绞痛患者120例随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例,两组患者均给予常规西药治疗,治疗组在常规西医治疗基础上,给予穴位敷贴治疗。观察两组患者临床症状、心电图ST-T变化以及IL-6表达水平的变化情况。结果两组患者治疗后的临床症状、心电图ST-T变化及IL-6表达水平均较治疗前明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论穴位敷贴可有效改善不稳定型心绞痛患者临床症状及心电图ST-T变化,降低IL-6的表达水平,临床疗效确切,可作为临床上不稳定型心绞痛的一种治疗方法,且操作方便,依从性较好,安全无不良反应。 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupoint application on unstable angina pectoris( UAP)( qi deficiency and blood stagnation) and the impacts on IL- 6 so as to provide the scientific and effective therapeutic method in clinical practice. Methods One hundred and twenty patients of UAP were randomized into a treatment group and a control group,60 cases in each one. The routine western medication was applied in the two groups. In the treatment group,on the basis of the routine western medication,the acupoint application was added. The clinical symptoms,ECG ST- T and IL- 6 expression were observed in the two groups. Results After treatment,the clinical symptoms,ECG ST- T and IL- 6 expression were improved apparently after treatment as compared with those before treatment,indicating the significant differences( P < 0. 05,P < 0. 01),and the results in the treatment group were better than those in the control group( P < 0. 05,P < 0. 01). Conclusion The acupoint application effectively relieves the clinical symptoms,improves ECG ST- T and reduces IL- 6 expression in the patients of UPA. The clinical efficacy is definite.This therapeutic method is simple in operation and good in compliance in the clinical treatment of UPA. It is safe therapy without adverse reactions.
