摘要 目的通过调查了解教师代谢综合征患病情况及中医体质分布情况,为更好进行MS中医干预和教师健康的中医指导提供科学依据。方法在自愿、知情情况下,从年度健康体检的教师中随机选取476名,进行MS和体质辨识调查。结果 476名教师中MS104例,占21.85%;中医体质辨识:平和质40例,占8.4%,偏颇体质者436例,占91.6%;MS教师的中医体质分布,依次是湿热质25%、痰热质19.25%、阳虚质14.42%、气虚质13.46%占前四位,与非MS教师的中医体质分布比较,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=45.13,γ=8,P<0.005)。结论为MS的中西结合干预措施提供理论依据,并指导和干预降低教师人群的MS患病率,提高教师健康水平;同时,通过在特定人群中开展中医体质辨识和干预,来推动中医'治未病'健康工程建设,并逐步完中医健康管理服务体系,提高人类健康水平。 Objective To investigate metabolic syndrome( MS) and TCM body constitution distribution in teachers so as to better provide the scientific evidences for TCM intervention and health guidance.Methods With the participant's voluntary and the informed consent,476 teachers with annual physical examination were randomized for the survey of MS and body constitution identification. Results Of 476 cases,104 cases were MS,accounting for 21. 85%. For TCM constitution identification,40 cases were of neural constitution,accounting for 8. 4%; 436 cases of abnormal constitution,accounting fro 91. 6%. Regarding TCM constitution distribution of MS,the first four top lists were 25% of the cases for damp heat constitution,19. 25% of the cases for phlegm heat constitution,14. 42% of the cases for yang deficiency constitution and13. 46% of the cases for qi deficiency constitution. The results were different significantly in comparison of TCM constitution of the participants without MS( χ~2= 45. 13,γ = 8,P < 0. 005). Conclusion The study provides the theoretic evidences for the interventions of MS with integrated Chinese and western medicine so as to reduce MS incidence in the teachers and improves their health. Through the identification of TCM constitution among specific group,the health construction for TCM prevention of disease is promoted so that TCM health management system can be accomplished gradually and the health of mankind is improved.
