清胃散治疗胃腑积热型口臭的临床观察

Observation of Clinical Effects of Qingwei Powder on Ozostomia induced by Heat Accumulation in the Stomach

目的观察清胃散治疗胃腑积热型口臭的临床疗效。方法选择80例符合纳入标准的胃腑积热型口臭患者,随机分为对照组和试验组。对照组给予漱口水治疗,试验组在对照组基础上加用清胃散治疗。观察两组患者治疗后临床疗效及中医症候积分、挥发性硫化物(VSCs)浓度、安全指标情况。结果两组患者治疗后试验组总有效率为97.5%,对照组为87.5%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。试验组及对照组治疗后的口气中VSCs浓度及中医症候积分均较治疗前有明显改善(P<0.01),且试验组较对照组改善更明显,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论清胃散联合漱口水治疗胃腑积热型口臭效果显著,改善口臭症状及降低口中VSCs浓度的作用更明显,具有良好的临床意义,值得进一步推广。

Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of qingwei powder on ozostomia induced by heat accumulation in the stomach. Methods According to the inclusive criteria,80 patients of ozostomia induced by heat accumulation in the stomach were randomized into a control group and a trial group.In the control group,the mouthninse was used. In the trial group,on the basis of the treatment as the control group,qingwei powder was added. The clinical effects,TCM symptom score,volatile sulfide concentration and safety indicators were observed after treatment in the two groups. Results The total effective rate was97. 5% in the trial group and was 87. 5% in the control group after treatment,indicating the significant difference in comparison of the two groups( P < 0. 01). After treatment,volatile sulfide concentration and TCM symptom score were all improved apparently as compared with those before treatment in the two groups.The improvements in the trial group were much more apparent than those in the control group,indicating the significant differences( P < 0. 01). Conclusion Qingwei power combined with mouthninse achieves the significant effects on ozostomia induced by heat accumulation in the stomach. The combined therapy has more apparent effects on relieving the symptoms and reducing volatile sulfide concentration,presenting the good clinical significance. Hence,this therapy deserves to be further promoted.
