金玄痔科熏洗散治疗混合痔术后水肿及促进创面愈合的临床疗效

Clinical Therapeutic Effect of Jinxuan Zhike Fumigation Powder in the Treatment of Postoperative Edema and the Mechanism Analysis on the Promotion of Wound Healing in Mixed Hemorrhoid

目的探讨金玄痔科熏洗散对混合痔术后水肿的治疗效果及对促进创面愈合的作用分析。方法选择2013年1月至2015年6月期间收治的110例混合痔行手术治疗患者,按治疗方法的不同分为对照组和观察组,各55例。两组患者均实施混合痔外剥内扎术+内痔消痔灵注射术。对照组术后第2天开始使用高锰酸钾液进行熏洗,观察组应用金玄痔科熏洗散进行熏洗坐浴。观察两组患者术后水肿发生率、疼痛、生活质量、创面愈合情况。结果两组患者坐浴前水肿、大便疼痛、发热症状发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);坐浴5 d后观察组症状发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),而坐浴10 d后两组症状发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者治疗后生活质量评分、VAS评分及住院时间、创面愈合时间均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论混合痔术后使用金玄痔科熏洗散可控制水肿发生,促进水肿恢复,利于创面愈合,提高了患者生活质量,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the effect of jinxuan zhike fumigation powder in the treatment of postoperative edema and the mechanism analysis on the promotion of wound healing in mixed hemorrhoid.Methods From January 2013 to June 2015,110 patients of postoperative mixed hemorrhoid were collected.According to the treating methods,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,55 cases in each one. Milligan- Morgan operation combined with hemorrhoid injection was used in the two groups. In the control group,since the 2nd day of operation,fumigation was applied with potassium permanganate. In the control group,hip bath was done with jinxuan zhike fumigation powder. The incidence of edema,pain,living quality and wound healing were observed in the two groups. Results The incidences of edema,defecation pain and fever were not different significantly before treatment between the two groups( P > 0. 05). The incidence of symptoms in the observation group was lower significantly than that in the control group in 5 days of hip bath therapy( P < 0. 05). The incidence was not different significantly between the two groups in 10 days of hip bath therapy( P > 0. 05). The living quality score,VAS score,hospital stay and time of wound healing in the observation group were better than those in the control group,indicating the significant differences( P <0. 05). Conclusion The jinxuan zhike fumigation powder after operation controls the occurrence of edema,promotes recovery and wound healing and improves the living quality in the patients of mixed hemorrhoid.Hence,it deserves to be promoted in clinic.
