中药复方联合恩替卡韦治疗HBeAg阳性慢性乙型肝炎患者疗效观察

Efficacy Observation of Chronic Hepatitis B of Positive HBeAg Treated with Compound Herbal medicine and Entecavir in the Patients

目的观察中药复方联合恩替卡韦(ETV)治疗乙型肝炎e抗原(HBeAg)阳性慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)患者的临床疗效。方法将74例CHB患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,各37例。对照组患者予ETV口服治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上予一贯煎加味汤口服,两组均治疗24周后观察丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)定量及复常率、HBeAg与乙肝表面抗原(HBs Ag)定量及HBeAg复常率、HBV DNA转阴率及总体疗效情况。结果两组患者治疗后,对照组总有效率及HBV DNA转阴率分别为83.78%和67.57%,治疗组为88.89%和77.78%,说明治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后ALT、HBeAg、HBs Ag定量均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05,P<0.01),且治疗组改善程度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 ETV联合一贯煎加味治疗CHB患者疗效确切,安全性良好,值得进一步研究。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on chronic hepatitis B( CHB) of positive HBeAg treated with compound herbal medicine and entacavvir( ETV) in the patients. Methods Seventy-four patients of CHB were randomized into a control group and a treatment group,37 cases in each one. In the control group,ETV was used for oral administration. In the treatment group,on the basis of the treatment as the control group,the modified yiguanjian was used for oral administration. In 24 weeks of treatment,ALT level and its recovery rate,HBeAg level,HBs AG level and HBeAg recovery rat,HBV DNA negative conversion rate and the total effective rate were observed in the two groups. Results After treatment,the total effective rate was 83. 78% and HBV DNA negative conversion rate was 67. 57% in the control group,they were88. 89% and 77. 78% separately. It was shown that the effective rate in the treatment group was better to the control group( P < 0. 05). ALT,HBeAg and HBs Ag levels after treatment were improved apparently as compared with those before treatment( P < 0. 05,P < 0. 01). The improvements in the treatment group were superior to the control group,indicating the significant difference( P < 0. 05). Conclusion ETV combined the compound yiguanjian achieves the definite therapeutic effect on CHB. The combined medication is safe in application and deserves to have a further study.
