脑卒中患者依恋类型与抑郁的相关性研究

Study on the relationship between attachment type and depression in stroke patients

目的分析脑卒中患者依恋类型以及与抑郁之间的关系。方法采用常用的成人依恋关系问卷,贝克抑郁问卷进行评分及分析。结果 (1)脑卒中患者依恋类型:安全型依恋为27%,轻视型为35%,矛盾型为24%,害怕型为14%;(2)安全型与不安全型依恋类型(包括轻视型、矛盾型、害怕型)的患者在抑郁得分上比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 01);(3)依恋类型与抑郁程度之间存在着密切的联系。安全型依恋抑郁程度轻,不安全型依恋抑郁程度更严重。结论在临床康复治疗及心理治疗工作中,根据脑卒中患者的依恋类型提供恰当的心理干预,可以有效地预防和控制脑卒中后抑郁情绪的发生,为脑卒中患者的临床康复治疗、特别是心理治疗提供了一定的理论依据。

Objective To analyze the relationship between attachment type and depression in stroke patients.Method Adult Attachment Questionnaire and Baker’s Depression Questionnaire were used to analyze the relationship between attachment types and depression in stroke patients.Results Among the attachment types of stroke patients,safe attachment,despising attachment,contradictory attachment and fear attachment accounted for 27%,35%,24%and 14%respectively.There was a statistically significant difference in the scores of depression between safe and unsafe attachment types included light type,ambivalent type,and fear-based type(P<0.01).There was a close relationship between the type of attachment and the degree of depression.Safe attachment was less depressed,and unsafe attachment was more severe depression.Conclusion In the clinical rehabilitation and psychotherapy,appropriate psychological intervention can effectively prevent and control the occurrence of post-stroke depression according to the attachment type of stroke patients,which provides a theoretical basis for clinical rehabilitation treatment of stroke patients,especially psychotherapy.
