针灸联合止涎汤治疗小儿脑瘫流涎症的临床疗效

Clinical therapeutic effects of acupuncture-moxibustion therapy and zhixian decoction on drooling disorder of children cerebral palsy

目的探讨针灸联合止涎汤治疗小儿脑瘫流涎症的临床疗效。方法选取2015年12月至2017年12月期间收治的小儿脑瘫流涎症(脾胃虚寒型)患者80例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组各40例。对照组给予针灸联合康复按摩治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予中药止涎汤治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后临床疗效、智力行为、不良反应的变化。结果与对照组比较,治疗组患者总有效率(95%)明显增加,教师流涎分级法(TDS)评级升高至Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级的人数明显增加,适应能力、言语、社交行为水平明显升高,差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。两组患者治疗后不良反应安全性分析结果无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论针灸联合中药止涎汤能显著改善小儿脑瘫患者的流涎症状,提高患儿的生活质量,有助于提高临床治疗效果。

Objective To explore the clinical therapeutic effects of acupuncture-moxibustion therapy and zhixian decoction on drooling disorder of children cerebral palsy.Methods From December 2015 through to December 2017,80 patients of salivation disorder of children’s cerebral palsy(spleen-stomach deficiency and cold)were collected.According to the random number table,they were divided into a control group and a treatment group,40 cases in each one.In the control group,acupuncture,moxibusiton and rehabilitation with tuina were used.In the treatment group,on the base of the treatment as the control group,zhixuan decoction was added.The clinical therapeutic effects,intelligent behaviors and adverse reactions were observed before and after treatment in the patients of the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate(95%)was increased obviously in the treatment group,the numbers of patients were increased obviously in the score of TDS(teacher drooling scale up to level 1,2 and 3)and the levels of adaptability,speech and social behavior were increased,indicating the statistical significance(P<0.05).The safety analysis on adverse reaction after treatment was not significant statistically in comparison of the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment with acupuncture-moxibusiton and zhixian decoction significantly relieves drooling in children’s cerebral palsy,improves the quality of life and contributes to the improvements of clinical effects.
