韩臣子“调中法”治疗石淋294例临床疗效分析

Clinical therapeutic effects on 294 cases of urolithiasis treated with the therapy for regulating the middle jiao by Han Chenzi

目的分析名老中医韩臣子"调中法"治疗石淋病临床疗效。方法选取2015年4月至2016年6月于北京市房山区中医医院结石科门诊就诊的石淋病患者600例,按患者意愿分为暴露组和非暴露组,非暴露组给予体外冲击波碎石治疗,暴露组在体外冲击波碎石治疗的基础上配合调中消石汤,疗程4周,比较两组有效率以及半年、1年复发率、主要症状积分。结果暴露组有效率90. 14%,非暴露组有效率72. 00%,暴露组有效率明显高于非暴露组(P <0. 05)。暴露组1年复发率5. 10%,非暴露组1年复发率20. 00%,暴露组1年复发率明显低于非暴露组(P <0. 05)。治疗后1周、2周、3周腰腹痛、排尿异常等主要症状积分,暴露组明显低于非暴露组(P <0. 05)。结论调中消石汤配合体外冲击波碎石治疗石淋病临床疗效显著。

Objective To analyze the clinical therapeutic effects on urolithiasis treated with the therapy for regulating the middle jiao by Han Chenzi,the distinguished veteran doctor of TCM.Methods From April 2015 to June 2016,600 outpatients of urolithiasis treated in the Hospital were divided into an exposure group and a non-exposure group according to their willingness.In the non-exposure group,the patients were treated with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy(ESWL).In the exposure group,on the base of the treatment with ESWL,tiaozhong xiaoshi decoction was provided for 4 weeks.The effective rate,the reoccurrence rate in half a year and 1 year as well as the main symptom scores were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate was 90.14%in the exposure group and was 72.00%in the non-exposure group.The effective rate in the exposure group was higher obviously than the non-exposure group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate in 1 year was 5.10%in the exposure group and was 20.00%in the non-exposure group.The recurrence rate in 1 year in the exposure group was lower obviously than the non-exposure group(P<0.05).The main symptom scores were lower obviously than the non-exposure group in 1,2 and 3 weeks of treatment,such as lumbar pain,abdominal pain and abnormal urination(P<0.05).Conclusion Tiaozhong xiaoshi decoction combined with ESWL achieves the significant effects on urolithiasis.
