Determination of the Ginsenoside Rb_1 Contents in Panax Ginseng by RP-HPLC

探讨了分析人参提取液中人参皂苷的液相色谱方法。Rb1在人参水提取液、醇提取液、超声提取液中的含量分别为0 116、0 135、0 224mg/g(以每克生药计),加样回收率分别为96 3%、98 6%、96 9%。实验结果还表明人参提取液在25℃条件下24h内保持基本稳定。
