900MW超临界直流锅炉再热蒸汽温度调节系统的初步分析

摘要 介绍了上海外高桥电厂二期工程的2台900MW超临界直流锅炉再热蒸汽温度的3种控制策略。逐一分析燃煤器摆角控制、再热汽温喷水控制和冷再喷水控制等策略,并提出注意事项,为将来系统设计、机组运行、调试和事故预测提供参考。 Three kinds of reheat steam temperature control strategies for 2× 900 MW supercritical oncethrough boilers of The Phase II Project of Shanghai Waigaoqiao Power Plant were introduced. The strategies of adjusting burner swinging angle, attemperating and cold reattemperating were analyzed in detail. The first strategy is used as the main approach of reheat steam temperature control, the second is considered as the auxiliary method and the last strategy adopted in case of emergency. Precautions for applying the 3 strategies were put forward. The strategies of reheat steam temperature control can provide as a referrence for later system design, unit operation, commission and failure prevention.
