柴油机缸套刮碳环喷涂技术的应用

The Application of Coating Technique to Carbon Scraping Ring in Cylinder Liner of Diesel Engine

针对运营中柴油机发电厂的柴油机活塞头部积碳问题进行缸套喷涂刮碳环的技术改造。通过技术分析和改造效果,说明这种技术改造对减少缸套和活塞环的磨损、降低柴油机润滑油消耗效果显著。

This paper introduces the technical improvement of coating carbon scraping rings in cylinder liners of diesel engines which are in operation in diesel power station. According to the technical analysis and the result of operation, this technical improvement shows that it has notable result in reducing lube oil consumption and wear values of the cylinder liners and piston rings. It is worthwhile to popularize the coating technique.
