摘要
电子市场对于企业实施电子商务的战略部署具有重要意义.为了分析电子市场的运行机理,分析电子市场如何正确运用与互联网服务提供商(ISP)之间的合作竞争关系,制定恰当的竞争策略,讨论传统企业面对电子商务所带来的契机和挑战如何选择恰当的电子市场,在考虑电子市场的服务内容和定价策略的基础上,利用两阶段博奕理论详细分析了不同的B2B电子市场与ISP的合作竞争模型.在此基础上,讨论了B2B电子市场与ISP的合作竞争机制是如何影响企业的电子商务策略,并给出了不同的电子市场的定价策略对企业选择电子市场的影响.
Electronic market is very important to organizations' ebusiness deployment. In order to analyze the mechanism of electronic market and the relationship between B2B electronic market and ISP(internet service provider), an economic model based on game theory is used to discuss the interaction between electronic market and ISP, which provides a theoretical base for both electronic market and ISP to make pricing strategies. In the game theory model, both the service of electronic market and its pricing policies are considered in order to help organizations choosing their appropriated electronic markets as their partners. In addition, several conclusions regarding the impact of pricing policy of electronic market on users choosing electronic market are proposed in the last section.
