未来几年 ,我国要抓住国有经济布局与结构的调整、建立现代企业制度和完善国有资产管理体制三个环节 ,加快国有经济的改革和发展 ,在本届政府任期末期基本实现党的十五届四中全会确定的国有企业改革和发展目标。

This paper discussed the major issues concerning the reform and development of the stateowned economy in near future and pointed out that from now on, we should hold in the three key points to promote the reform of the stateowned economy: 1, Strategic adjustment of the stateowned economy in allocation and structure; 2, Establishment of the enterprise system. 3, Improvement of the administration system of the stateowned assets.
