双施主掺杂PTC陶瓷及其多层结构工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 对BaTiO3 陶瓷进行双施主掺杂。分析了掺杂机理 ,优选了配方 ,并通过流延法制得0 5mm的陶瓷薄片。将这些薄片按不同数量堆叠在一起 ,在 2片之间 ,用欧姆电极连接。对这样形成的独石结构试样的电性能进行测试。最低室温电阻可达 0 6Ω ,而它的升阻比为 10 5以上 ,温度系数大于15。同时也测量了它的电流电压曲线。通过控制独石结构工艺 ,降低了BaTiO3 The double donor doped BaTiO 3 ceramics was made, and the optimum adding amount of donor was analysed And then the BaTiO 3-based powder was laminated into ceramic sheets with thickness of 0 5mm to form multilayer (ML) structure with the ohmic contact electrode between every two contacted layers The electrical behaviors of the laminates with various layers (1,3,5,7 and 9) were measured using resistance-temperature analysis instrument The lowest room temperature resistance R T obtained in the paper is less than 0 6Ω·m, whereas a PTC jump is about five orders of magnitude, and the resistance-temperature coefficient (α T) is more than 15 The current-voltage behavior of the laminate was experimentally investigated as well
