聚驱定向井抽油杆柱力学模型及扶正器优化布置研究 被引量:2

摘要 为解决聚驱定向井中杆管偏磨严重而引起的检泵周期短等问题,通过建立抽油杆柱的简支梁模型,分析了抽油杆柱的受力情况,推导出了考虑井斜因素下的抽油杆柱失稳间距方程,并利用MATLAB软件编制了相应的求解程序。利用该计算方法对现场6口井进行了优化布置,扶正器的安装数量平均减少17.47%,应用效果良好。对于扶正器的优化布置具有指导意义。 In order to solve the problems of short pump inspection cycle caused by eccentric wear in polymer-flooding directional wells, by establishment of rod string simply support beam model with considering the impact of hole drift angle and radial load caused by polymer, the force situation was analyzed and the buckling distance equation was deduced. The solving program is compiled to MATLAB software. During the site field testing 6 wells in one field were calculated and optimized, the reduction ration of optimized is about 17.47%, the pump inspection cycle is longer, with great economic benefit for oilfield.
