摘要 为研发与应用小直径自动导向钻具,设计了基于无刷直流电机电控纠偏控制系统。该系统采用MC33035控制器进行驱动,无刷直流电机和钻具导向块连接,通过电机对导向块伸缩的控制,实现钻具垂直位置的纠正。介绍了控制系统结构与工作原理,完成了电控纠偏实时故障诊断与重启,确保了钻头的垂直钻进。 In order to develop and apply small diameter automatic steering drilling tools, a control system, which is driven by MC33035 controller and connected with the guide block of the drilling tools, based on brushless DC motor is designed. The structure and working principle of the control system are introduced, and the real-time fault diagnosis and restart of the electronically controlled deviation is completed and the vertical drilling of the drill is ensured.
